Hi, my name is Michelle, I am a Self Love and Empowerment coach for women I offer walking coaching packages from 1-5 times a week . We can walk in person or remotely through zoom, walking while coaching helps quiet the mind and allows you to become more connected with your inner-self. 

what  is included

1-5 hour long coaching sessions while walking per week, free access to monthly circles 

you will become more self confident, you will ignite and amplify your intuition, you will become more body positive. you will learn the value of self care in all areas of your life. you will stop comparing yourself and your body by learning to love and appreciate yourself.
